DONE DEAL: Leicester City break transfer record to sign striker

Leicester City have smashed their transfer record once again today after completing a deal for CSKA Moscow striker Ahmed Musa.

The Nigerian international has completed a £16million move from Russia to the Premier League champions, six months after Leicester first were rumoured to be interested in him.

The Foxes were unable to strike a deal in January, but have now concluded the transfer, which eclipses the £13million they paid for Nampalys Mendy last week.

The striker will give added firepower alongside Jamie Vardy and Shinji Okazaki as the club prepare for their debut season in the UEFA Champions League.

He has signed a four-year deal at the club
