Chelsea have confirmed that young striker Bertrand Traore has left the club on loan, moving to Ajax on a season-long deal.
The 20-year old moves to the Dutch Giants as he has been told his opportunities for game time at Stamford Bridge will be limited this season.
The youngster scored four goals in 16 appearances for the club, but the arrival of Michy Batshuayi pushes Traore down the pecking order.
Chelsea have also been linked with making a big money move for Everton striker Romelu Lukaku.
Traore should get plenty of game time at the Amsterdam Arena following the £30million departure of Polish striker Arek Milik earlier this month. He will work with Peter Bosz with whom he worked with at Vitesse Arnhem during a two-year loan spell with the Eredivisie club.
