DONE DEAL: Celtic sign Sinclair

Celtic have completed the signing of Scott Sinclair on a four-year contract.

The former Manchester City winger has completed a move to the Scottish Champions and has been thrust straight into their opening Scottish Premiership game against Hearts today.

Upon signing, Sinclair said:

It feels amazing to have joined Celtic.
It’s a massive club and I’m looking forward to it.  I’m here now and I’m happy to be here.

He is reunited with Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers, who he worked under during their time at Swansea City.

Rodgers moved on to Liverpool, whilst Sinclair was snapped up by Manchester City before being sold on to Aston Villa.
