Done Deal: Andy Lonergan rejoins Leeds

Goalkeeper Andy Lonergan has rejoined Leeds United, following his release from Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Leeds United have officially announced the signing of Andy Lonergan from Wolverhampton Wanderers, following his departure from Wolverhampton Wanderers by mutual consent.

During his time at Wolves, Lonergan only made 14 appearances as he ultimately failed to impress manager Nuno Espirito Santo. Eventually the 33 year-old found himself down the pecking order at Molineux. Now once again Lonergan rejoins the Yorkshire club, who he made 38 appearances for in the 2011-12 season.

With Rob Green departing Leeds to sign for Huddersfield Town, this signing appears to be a logical one for the Championship side.

Leeds United fans: Are you pleased with the return of Andy Lonergan? Let us know your thoughts.
