Bayern Munich eye up move for Spurs star after impressive Euro 2016 campaign

Bayern Munich are considering making a move for Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Eric Dier following after his impressive displays at Euro 2016 have caught their eye.

The former Sporting Lisbon player has been one of England’s better performers on the road to the last-16 of the European Championships in France, including scoring a superb free kick in the opening game against Russia.

And now the Sunday People claim that Bundesliga Champions Bayern Munich are considering making a move for the Tottenham Hotspur man.

Staff at the German giants are said to have made background checks on the 22-year old whilst building a dossier on the player.

Any move for the England midfielder, who is equally as comfortable in defence, will however come at a ‘significant cost’ to the Bavarians after Dier signed a new five-year deal at White Hart Lane just last year.
