Arsenal are preparing to make a massive move that will hopefully solve their problems in front of goal, with a HUGE bid for one of Serie A’s biggest stars.
Gazzetta dello Sport claim that Arsene Wenger is preparing to make a big money move for Inter Milan striker, Mauro Icardi.
They claim that Arsenal will make a £30million offer for the Argentinian striker, as well as offering to send Olivier Giroud in the opposite direction in an attempt to seal the deal.
However, the Gunners will not have an easy ride if they are able to sign the striker, as Inter Milan’s Serie A rivals Napoli are also preparing a big offer in an attempt to sign the 23-year old.
Napoli are currently preparing a huge £50million offer for Icardi, who they have identified to replace Icardi’s Argentine compatriot, Gonzalo Higuain, who has left the club for Juventus in a £75million move.
Inter Milan have been adamant that Icardi is not for sale, but the opportunity to raise funds could prove to be too tempting.
