Arsenal open talks for 19-year-old striker

Arsenal have opened talks to sign 19-year-old striker Henry Onyekuru according to reports.

Sky Sports are reporting that the Gunners have opened talks to bring the striker to the Emirates from Belgian club KAS Eupen.

He has scored 20 goals in the Belgian domestic league, making him the highest scorer, attracting attention from the Premier League and across Europe.

Everton, Southampton and West Brom are all reportedly interested in the young Nigerian, who has also reportedly turned down moves to Anderlecht and Brugge.

Celtic were also keen on signing Onyekuru back in January.

He has a £6.8m release clause in his contract at the Belgian club, and sources close to the player have told Sky Sports that they believe the striker will be playing in the Premier League next summer.
