Arsenal linked with yet another striker after failed Lacazette move

Arsenal’s search for a new striker seems to be a never ending tale of woe, and this summer is proving to be no different.

The Gunners have already been beaten to the signing of Gonzalo Higuain by Italian Champions Juventus, whilst have seen big money bids for Alexandre Lacazette knocked back by Lyon.

Now it is claimed that Arsene Wenger will target Croatian striker Mario Mandzukic, who has fallen further down the pecking order at Juventus following Higuains arrival from Napoli this week on a £75million deal.

The former Bayern Munich and Atletico Madrid striker scored 10 goals in 24 appearances for the Serie A champions last season and would be willing to move to get regular game time.
